Biography
Xovee Xu was born in Zizhou County, Yulin, Shaanxi, China, in 1996. He received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree in software engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, Sichuan, China, in 2018 and 2021, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from UESTC in 2025.
He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Information and Software Engineering, UESTC, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. His research develops human-centered AI and data mining methods to understand, predict, and optimize complex social and industrial systems. His work has been presented in top-tier conferences and journals, including AAAI, TKDE, and CIKM.
Dr. Xu is a member of the AAAI, ACM, CCF, and IEEE. He was supported by the CAST Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program (Doctoral Student Special Plan, 2025-2026).
